Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
Applicant may not have any prior evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life evidenced by a credit score of 600 or higher.
Applicant must pay for a Screening which includes A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18 which evidences a pattern of responsible and civil behavior.
Occupancy limit for this unit is limited to 2 persons per bedroom.
